Notice on the Suspension of ETH and ERC Token Withdrawals by Major Exchanges

Dear Delio Users,


We share an important notice with you as follows.


Due to the Ethereum Merge upgrade, major exchanges such as Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone are suspending the deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-based digital assets, so please be careful when withdrawing from your Delio account to an exchange wallet.


Depending on the exchanges’ internal policies, there may be many cases of suspending deposits and withdrawals. Those who are planning to deposit or withdraw assets to or from an exchange wallet during the period should double-check if deposits and withdrawals are allowed or suspended in advance.


The deposits and withdrawals from personal wallets and exchanges that do not suspend withdrawals operate as usual.

Fee policy for withdrawal of virtual assets

The following fees are charged when withdrawing virtual assets from Delio Bank.

Virtual asset type Transmission fee (Gas fee) Withdrawal fee
Bitcoin (BTC) Charged according to network conditions 2,000 won worth of Bitcoin
Ethereum (ETH) Charged according to network conditions 2,000 won worth of Ethereum
Ripple (XRP) Charged according to network conditions 1 XRP

· There is no fee for transfers within Delio Bank.

· No withdrawal fee is charged for virtual assets other than Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple.

· Please check the transfer fee for virtual assets other than Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple when withdrawing.
