Dear Delio Users,

 

For customers who experienced inconvenience utilizing the service due to the fire at the Kakao Data Center on September 15, we will take damage cases during the following period. Please refer to the information below and contact Customer Service if you had issues signing in to the Delio services.

¨ How to apply: Customer verification information and evidence of damage cases

                 (Kakao service login failure time: October 15, 15:30 (KST) ~ October 16, 11:10 (KST))

 

Delio will collect all cases of customer damage and file a report regarding Kakao service failure. Delio will continue working to utilize the service as conveniently as possible.

Fee policy for withdrawal of virtual assets

The following fees are charged when withdrawing virtual assets from Delio Bank.

Virtual asset type Transmission fee (Gas fee) Withdrawal fee
Bitcoin (BTC) Charged according to network conditions 2,000 won worth of Bitcoin
Ethereum (ETH) Charged according to network conditions 2,000 won worth of Ethereum
Ripple (XRP) Charged according to network conditions 1 XRP

· There is no fee for transfers within Delio Bank.

· No withdrawal fee is charged for virtual assets other than Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple.

· Please check the transfer fee for virtual assets other than Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple when withdrawing.
